The process of building a new home has never been easier or faster! Stop by the Wynbrooke Place model home and let our friendly staff help you create the home you've always dreamed of.

The simple process to owning your new home:

1. Visit the model home and showroom
2. Select your home
3. Choose your lot
4. Choose the options you want in your new home
5. Sign the construction agreement and provide deposit
6. Apply for financing
7. Forest Homes issues engineered plan drawings for your new home for your approval
8. Forest Homes obtains all building permits
9. Forest Homes will begin construction once customer has financing approval
10. Customer signs off during construction at:
    1. Completion of foundation
    2. Completion of framing
    3. Completion of all mechanical rough-in (prior to drywall installation)
    4. Completion of painting
    5. 5 days prior to delivery
    6. Acceptance inspection 24 hours prior to closing
